I made these for Father's Day using the Unsalted @allthingsdairy__ Butter block, and apparently they're the best Viennese whirls I've ever made...

Delicate, melt-in-the-mouth biscuits filled with tangy lemon curd and silky vanilla buttercream create the perfect balance of sweet and citrusy flavours 💛

I spent a sunny afternoon making this ginger, vanilla and lime cheesecake and it turned out so well!

It has a buttery ginger biscuit base, creamy vanilla filling, fresh lime juice and dark chocolate chips throughout, finished with a few flecks of melted dark chocolate 🤤

The combination of lime, ginger and dark chocolate is one of my favourites – fresh, zesty and just sweet enough.

I always seem to have a few @trip.drinks lined up in the fridge these days, and I opted for the Sicilian Lemon flavour to enjoy alongside a slice of heaven ☁️☀️

The citrus flavour paired so nicely with the cheesecake, and the gentle sparkle kept it feeling light and refreshing, whilst the lemon complemented the lime beautifully.

Made with CBD and magnesium, it's one of those drinks I often reach for when I'm slowing down for the afternoon and taking a little time for myself 🤍

If you're looking for a refreshing alcohol-free option this summer, TRIP drinks are an amazing alternative!

Okay I’m actually obsessed with this little @tesco find…

I picked up the new in @allthingsdairy__ salted butter block the other day and used it in a little banana and blueberry bread baking session 🫶🏼

When I tell you I’m obsessed - I mean I’m actually obsessed! It’s giving that soft, slightly cakey bread that sits somewhere between a loaf and a cake - the kind you can genuinely eat at any time of day.

It’s an easy grab-and-go breakfast with tea or coffee, a mid-afternoon snack, or something sweet after dinner when you’re just stood in the kitchen thinking “what’s for afters?” 🤤

I’ve been making mine mostly with banana and blueberries, but sometimes I’ll throw in chopped apple, sultanas or even cherries depending on what’s in the kitchen.

The salted butter just elevates all the sweetness from the fruit, plus that warm hint of cinnamon - it’s that perfect balance of sweet and salty that makes it taste unbelievably good. Proper bakery-style at home 👏🏼

Serving suggestion… Warm is EVERYTHING.

• Toasted with a thick spread of butter.

• Slightly warmed in the microwave so it goes soft and cakey like a crumpet situation.

• Melted salted butter on top = game changer.

Simple, cosy, and exactly the kind of bake I want in the house right now 💛

There’s something so lovely about taking a moment to slow down and enjoy the little things. My Lemon and Blueberry Coconut Cake has quickly become one of our favourite summer bakes!

The fresh lemon, juicy blueberries and hint of coconut make it feel so light and sunshine-filled 🍋

Pair it with a chilled bottle of @fentimansltd Gently Sparkling Elderflower and, honestly, they work so beautifully together.

The delicate elderflower flavour adds such a refreshing touch and complements the citrusy cake perfectly 👌🏼

These are the kinds of simple moments I love most - enjoying something homemade and making the most of a sunny afternoon.
